Assignment Week 5: Use software to eliminate "red-eye", and use software to "stitch" together 2 or more images to create a panorama.

This is my daughter Brenna snuggling with "Buddy". I have a Nikon Coolpix 995 and its flash has a "red-eye" reduction setting. Of course I didn't get to it quick enough. This is one fast bunny...

I used PSP to correct the red-eye for Buddy. I was pleased with the results and it was easy to use. I tried After Shots and although it was easy I liked the results in PSP better.

This panorama consists of only 2 images. I was aware of the cranes in the back but took the images anyway to see how the software would perform. I first tried After Shots but it seemed to really expose my weaknesses. So this was done with Canon PhotoStitch and seemed to be much more forgiving. I need more practice at this...

Ok this is more like it.. I just wasn't satisified with my original results. So I made sure I was precise with my tripod; I didn't move it, I only panned the head. That way the horizon is level. I also overlapped more and used 4 images.
